Publishing 360 Course to Word document Only Yields One Page

Hi all.  I need to output a course as a word document for a client to review (along with publishing it to the web for them to review . . . they want both.)

The problem is that when I use the Publish to Word option, it seems to be okay but the progress bar never moves past page 0 (zero), as in publishing page 0 of 8 for instance. Then, when I open the word document after it finishes publishing, it has only published the first page.

This started happening recently . . . I've had no prior trouble printing to Word.

Am I missing something?
