When I try to publish to Articulate Online by using my company's URL and my password I get an error message. I can publish if I publish manually but I would prefer to be able to publish directly from Storyline.

I was able to find a support case that you submitted regarding an issue and it looks like this came up as well. From what I see, John suggested checking your antivirus just to make sure it wasn't blocking the upload process. Looks like he sent this out on the 11th.
Did that resolve the problem for you? If not, and you're still unable to upload to Articulate Online, please let me know or write John back so he can continue working with you.

The error reads:
Unknown error. Please check your account URL and try again.
We have a few other Publishers in the company and they have also tried to publish with the same error message as the result.
