We are testing a course for a client of ours and it has to be tablet ready. We have used all the settings required to do this when using the publish to LMS, all 3 boxes are checked. But when I go to check it, there are components missing, like the background, and it doesn't load properly for example sometimes the audio will load sometimes the audio won't.
I'd suggest you contact Articulate Support to submit a Support Case. You can upload copies of your work to the support team, and they'll be able to offer some assistance.
