I have published an Articulate Storyline 2 video in SCORM 1.2 for an LMS. I have requested Completed/Incomplete, but when it is loaded and reviewed in the LMS it is passed. I have deleted the registration in the LMS, I have deleted the video, republished and brought back into the LMS. Still Pass instead of Complete. Any ideas? Thanks
Hi, Kimberly -- Thanks so much for reaching out and so sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you are finding the same result when you test your course in the SCORM Cloud, as well? And just so you have it handy, here is some additional info Reporting Completion Status to an LMS.
May I also ask if you are able to share the name of the LMS provider you use, in case others in the community utilize the same service and can share their advice or experiences?
