Thank you so much for the response and sharing this but it seems dated compared to the current Squarespace interface; having trouble as I think items like "File Storage" option aren't as accessible anymore.
This is not a process I'm familiar with, but I know that we have a user that shared her solution here. I know that the Google Drive option there is part of the obsolete you mention, so perhaps this solution that Tom shares will assist.

To keep things moving and as headache-free as possible, I published images/screenshots of the presentations that linked to short videos that provided further explanations; offering to send a demo link if interested. The links were shared through:
Hey RJ - thanks for popping in to assist Heather here. You are publishing to Tempshare and just needing short-term? Tempshare is used as a temporary testing/sharing tool and items are deleted after 10 days. I just didn't want to mislead Heather to thinking it was a permanent solution.
Yes - using Tempshare as a temporary sharing solution that I can send/share within a 10 day window; easy enough and hasn't failed me so far. If needed, I can always reshare if 10 day has expired.
So far it has worked and will be my main action plan until I find an easier solution to host items.

Sorry I should mention that I can't seem to upload/post/share my .zip file link via Articulate Tempshare either...
Maybe this video here helps. It`s for uploading published Presenter content, but the process should be the same for Storyline content.
