I have been publishing my articulate packages in word and showing slide layers. The slide layers superimpose over the base layer. Is there a way to show the layers separately? When publishing in Word I just select show slide layers.
When publishing to Word, clicking on Show Layers under Properties is what you need to do to output all the layers of your slide into Word. This seems to be what you are already doing. Can you share your results if you feel that you are not getting the correct results into your Word document?
I trouble shot it last night and worked out where I was going wrong.
Thanks again for helping! :)

Happy to hear it Jacinta - also just an FYI that responding via email includes your signature here and in this instance it seems to just be your confidentiality disclaimer - but you're welcome to remove if you'd like.
I wanted to provide an update here, as Storyline 2 Update 10 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here. The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it fixed issue where base-layer objects hidden on layers would show when publishing to Microsoft Word. You can download the latest update here, and after downloading and installing the latest update you’ll want to republish any existing content to ensure that the updates and fixes are applied.

Hi Jacinta
this issue has been flagged before and there is no update that I know of at this time.
This previous post may help you workaround it.

Hi Jacinta!
There is also a workaround starting with this response if you'd like to take a look.
I will share this forum thread with our team for both user awareness and so that we can update when applicable.
Thank you Lea for your reply.
