I have created a course and published to web. I sent the files to our comms team to load onto the server. They said that the files will not load. We use Harmony app. I am unsure why this is happening. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That's not one that I'm familiar with nor have I seen that mentioned in the forums.
