Currently, we are experiencing difficulty with a recently published course. The learners are taking the course, but not necessarily getting 'complete' results. We have set the Tracking in Publish to 80% (Say 80 out of 100 slides). Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you very much Trevor. I think we may have discovered part of the issue. The Menu setting was not set at 'Restricted' which allowed learners to jump to the end of the course while the Tracking Settings required 80% view.

I would start by testing the learning object in the SCORM cloud. Here's a great article about how to do that. https://community.articulate.com/articles/how-to-troubleshoot-your-lms-with-scorm-cloud
This will let you know if your LMS is failing to read the result, or if the LMS isn't giving the right result.
