we want to publish an articulate simulation as a word document to use as a job aid. Is there a way to publish as a word document without the "call-out" bubbles that describes the action. The only way I know to do this is to save the simulation with a new file name, delete the call out bubbles and then save as a word document. Is there a more efficient method?
When publishing for Word, there is not an option to remove the callouts generated by a screen recording. You can choose to show/not show the slide layers or notes as shown in that tutorial - but other elements would have to be removed.

Thanks,
That is what I thought to be true but it never hurts to follow up and ask the question. I appreciate the response
