I'm looking for recommendations on publishing my Articulate story. I need to use the story in training classes and I wanted a few opinions on the best way to do this.
It really depends on how you want to share the project with your students.
Are you wanting them to view the course on their local machine (no access to internet, etc.)?
Do you need to provide scoring, reporting, tracking, etc.?
Do you have access to a web server or an LMS (Learning Management Server)?
If you can tell us a little more about the environment, type of course you're working with and how students will be accessing the course, we'd be happy to help.
The very best option would be to view without internet access, because sometime our connection is painfully slow in the training room. I was able to save it and find a link for it to open on Google Chrome which may work as well if necessary.

Hi Claire,
If that's the case, I think that publishing for CD would be the best option for you.
You could publish for CD and then share the published output files with your learners. They can download to their machines and run the .exe file.

Thanks and have a wonderful weekend!
