Has anyone ever published a standalone course outside of an LMS? I published several Flash courses I developed years ago and hosted them on a web server but they weren't trackable. I'm working with a client who is interested in a Storyline 360/Rise solution but wants to host on their custom built LMS which essentially only uses mp4 videos for their learning content. Is there an open source SCORM player that anyone is familiar with?
The MP4 output of any of our Articulate 360 tools will play as a normal video without any interactivity.
I wanted to mention that video files uploaded to Review 360 have the capability to be exported in a SCORM format. Check out this article to learn more.

Hi Jon,
Storyline 360 has a publish to MP4 option that you may want to take a look at!
Also, Rise 360 and Storyline 360 can be published for web and hosting on your web server, but the tracking piece is specific to LMS use.
Thanks, Ashley. This is very helpful. When publishing as an mp4 in 360, will it still retain the interactive components or just play as a video would?
Thanks,
Jon
