You can open the imsmanifest.xml file:
For SCORM 1.2, the code will have:
<metadata>
<schema>ADL SCORM</schema>
<schemaversion>1.2</schemaversion>
For SCORM 2004 the code will have:
<metadata>
<schema>ADL SCORM</schema>
<schemaversion>CAM 1.3</schemaversion>
