Publishing Error

Good afternoon
I have encountered an issue with my storyline project that flags an error when attempting to publish.
I have ensured the storyline file is held locally on the desktop, as well as any attached resources. I have also recovered a previous version before the issue began, but this also generates the same error. I have imported to a new project and the same issue persists.
The issue is isolated to this particular project as testing an alternative project has received no such error.
I would appreciate any help and/or support you may be able to provide.

To reply to my own post, I have just discovered the issue and it is very random.
I had updated the title earlier today from Basic Safeguarding to Basic Safeguarding Awareness and this alone seems to be what caused the issue!!
Interesting Sion. Was the issue within Storyline? Curious what that error was.

I've received publishing errors in the past if I left the browser open with the previous published content open. It appeared that the browser was locking the files somehow.
Yes, I'm using Storyline 2, with the latest update file.
