I wondered if anyone has succeeded in publishing for use on a Samsung tablet, I read that Android is not supported but if anyone knows a way please let me know.
Ideally I would like to access the course offline however I can't seem to get it to work online either (through Moodle).
I am using Storyline 3, I have uploaded the content to SCORM Cloud and managed to get the content to run through Articulate Player however the download for offline use did not appear.
I have tried Samsung internet and Chrome.
I want to be able to run the content offline as when this is in use there is a chance that we will not have internet access.
The option to Allow downloading for offline viewing isn’t currently supported for LMS content. Learners who attempt to view an LMS course offline will be prompted to reconnect to the internet.

Android devices support Storyline 3 content if you're using one of the devices/OSs listed here.
