Publishing for Tin Can and Local Access (LMS and Offline)

Has anyone found a way to efficiently publish a module for LMS and local access?

I publish Storyline 360 files as Tin Can for LMS so users can access courses from our online platform. Additionally, I allow some users to download the content to their local drive for use without internet access. Due to changes in the January update, I have to publish twice to do this: once for LMS and once for CD. Has anyone found a way to achieve this functionality without publishing every project file multiple times?

For those of you that have learning platforms that allow users to download a module for use offline, is this affecting you? We don't currently offer this functionality extensively, but want to in the future. Given the change in the January update, I don't see how to accomplish this in a efficient way. How have you adjusted your process?
