I was wondering if you could help. When I publish my storyline project (to "Web", HTML5 and iPad enabled but not offline viewing) it goes all the way through the process as usual but then, as it finishes, it doesn't take me to the normal screen where I can zip the file, etc. but instead seems to drop out and just takes me back to the "Publish" screen. It has published some files, but not all.
The first step will be to determine if the problem is with your .story project file or with your installation of Storyline. The easiest way to do that is for you to share a copy of your file with us--either publicly here, as an attachment to your Forum Reply, or privately within a Support Case. Can you please share your file with us? Thanks!
