I've built a course and published it and all of a sudden, when i view on IE 11 it's not showing any onscreen text on any of the slides. Works ok on Chrome.
Are you running the course locally? There was a known issue fixed in update 4 of Storyline where the content wouldn't working in IE11 when viewing locally. There was also an issue fixed in update 5 where AICC content uploaded to SCORM Cloud wouldn't play in Internet Explorer 11.
If you're using update 5, could you share a bit more about where you're testing the published content?

I've just uploaded to a a bog standard website via FTP. I'm running update 5
Sure - can you share it with me via a private message? I can test the link out that way and then if I need the file to do further testing we can go from there.
Hi Jean-Francois and welcome to Heroes!
Thanks for sharing that solution here and I'm happy to hear a simple update worked for you.
I am having a similar problem but I am publishing to html5. Would the flash player also effect that? I am not viewing it locally and my client is having the same problem when he tries to view it.
We go live on Monday so I need to fix this immediately!
Flash is still used if you're viewing on your desktop or laptop, the HTML5 version is generally for mobile. If you're needing to view the HTML5 content on your laptop you'll want to use Google Chrome as IE has limited support as mentioned at the bottom of this article.

Hi Howie,
Do you have a course that you could share here with us so that we could test?
I do. The problem i have is that it's confidential so i can't share it on here. Is there another way i can send it?
Hi,
I had a similar problem and updating flash player to the lastest version fixed everything.

Jean-Francois has saved the day. It was a problem with my Flash Player. My activate x filtering was on.
Thanks for time Ashley
Thanks for the update Howie, and for coming to the rescue Jean-Francois!
