Publishing issue with newest update

Ever since the recent update, I have an issue when publishing where the publishing simply freezes (the publishing screen that shows your progres never comes up).  This happens consistently.  I can solve the issue by opening my task manager and shut down Articulate.  When I run Articulate again (without a reboot) I'm able to publish immediately without issue.  Unfortunately, it often happens again if I need to republish more than once in the same session.


Anyone lse seeing this issue?  I started a publish about 20 minutes ago, and there is still no publishing window, so I'm about to open the task manager and shut it down again.
