Can anyone please help me out with an issue I am facing with publishing.
When I preview my work in the Story line software, it is all fine and runs through to the next slides / scenes with ease.
When I publish my work to the web I can’t go to one of the scenes.
I have checked and re-checked the triggers and they should be linking and matching-up, I have even re-created the slide, but it still won’t go to the next scene – its very frustrating!!
Does anyone have any ideas or tips that could help me out?
Without seeing your set up, it's hard to say for certain - but based on the fact that all works as expected in Preview, the first thing I'd check is that when you're testing your published output, you're doing so in the intended environment. If you view published Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
