After I record a video of steps to complete a task in an Outlook-based software program and insert the video as step-by-step slides in a project, I want to publish the project to a Word document. However, the capture of the screen in the software is so blurred, that the user is not able to see the details of the screen.
I have my display set on medium, so the video works well.

Hi Kaaren,
The image quality on "publish to Word" is an issue we're aware of and something that our QA team is looking into.
Thank you, Ashley.
How will users know when you have resolved the issue?
