Publishing Storyline 3 CDs

I recently upgraded our training materials from Storyline 2 to Storyline 3. I then published to CD and some of the presentations open to blank screen while a couple other ones work. The main difference I have found in the output file is that the ones that DO NOT work are missing the HTML5 and Mobile folders (folders not files) Screenshots attached. Is there something else that could be causing this? Or is there a setting I need to change so that the output folder is complete when publishing to CD.

Which version of Storyline 3 are you currently using?

Here's how to find out which version of Articulate Storyline you have installed:

Open an existing Storyline project or create a new one.
Go to the Help tab on the Storyline ribbon and click About Articulate Storyline.
Find your version details on the screen that appears.

The latest version is 3.11.23355.0. If yours is not up-to-date, please follow the instructions here to update your software.
