Publishing to Absorb LMS

Hi,

I am having trouble with the scoring not pulling across to the LMS when the quiz is closed (my quizzes are published in TIN CAN api) 

When the quiz is closed the scoring still states in progress. 

Im unsure if i am doing something wrong in the publishing stage eg. should it be complete/incomplete or pass/fail? 

I have been told by Omniplex support not to use exit triggers with Absorb LMS and to add an extra slide in at the end of the results in order to give Absorb enough time to log the results - both i have tried and i am still having trouble.

Can anyone help?
