Having a very bizarre problem - whenever I publish a specific Storyline file to the CD format, all the videos are gone. Same file published to LMS works perfectly. What's going on??
What's interesting is that those directions say publish to a local drive then copy to a USB, but it didn't work when I published locally and did work when I published directly to the USB.

I just published a course to cd and all videos are included and shown properly. Have you updated your storyline to the latest Version (11)?
I have not! I'll do the update now and see if that helps.
Can you explain the process you used to publish to a cd? Where you put all the files, how you organized them, etc?

You could start with the steps outlined here. I'd advise leaving them in the same organizational structure that Storyline creates automatically.
