I have tried every setting in the player including launch player in a new window and checked allow user to resize broswer. Regardless of my settings, zooming the browser does not change the player size and therefore the learner cannot zoom if they are visually impaired. Please help. I have tried the zoom region feature but you cannot use triggers to change the zoom, only the timeline and that does not help. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Joe,
Have you tested this within your LMS or are you viewing the content locally? You'll want to ensure you're testing in the intended environment as described here. Please also ensure you're testing in a supported browser here and lastly I'd look at testing it at SCORM Cloud as that's an industry standard for testing LMS content.
