I published a course and I am testing in various browsers. It seems that lightboxes are not working in any of the mobile browsers I have tested? Anyone else have this issue?
Which mobile browsers are you testing? We currently support viewing content on an iPad or iPhone using the mobile Safari browser or the mobile player app (iPad only). Storyline content may work on some Android devices. However, Articulate does not officially support Android devices or browsers.Click hereto review the system requirements for authoring and viewing Storyline content.
If you'd like to see official support for a particular mobile device, we welcome your feature requests.
Thank you Ashley. My course actually works well with a few mobile browsers. The only section(s) that do not function properly are the ightbox slides. It is a good point for me to keep in mind for future development. Thanks again.
