I can't find a way to publish my trainings to .mp4 or .wmv or any other format that produces one file instead of the full suite of files it normally produces.
Is there a good way? Someone suggested using Replay and I tried using it but the audio didn't work as desired because I ended up having to point the speakers at the microphone. I couldn't find a way to have it just record the audio straight from the computer.
You can save the results of your screencasts on MP4 files or FLV (I am not sure if it supports WMV but if not you can always convert the MP4 file to a WMV with not too much hassle).

Techsmith has a couple of tools, Camtasia Studio for example can record the screen or a specific window and you can set it to record computer audio, which will basically record anything going through your computer's sound card.

Try using Open Broadcaster Software (OBS).
It works for most setups. Grab it from here: https://obsproject.com/
