Hi, I had uploaded my storyline files to a SharePoint document library and had a link to the story file and everything was working fine.
Now it won't play at all. It just hangs when I go to open it.
This may seem like a dumb question, but once uploaded to SharePoint can multiple people launch the file simultaneously? (I'm wondering is that why the file won't load).
It worked previously but it's not working now? Perhaps something changed on the Sharepoint server?
I don't know a ton about Sharepoint, but I can't imagine a scenario where only one person could access it at a time. Have you checked what browser you're using to access it? Have you tried refreshing the browser page or clearing the cache associated with it to give it a fresh reload?
