I tried to publish my course to Web and send via email but got an error message. Called helpdesk and discovered that the Shockwave file causes a block due to company restrictions.
The best way to make content available is to upload it to some webserver (or a free alternative, like TempShare o GoogleDrive). That way, you won't run into issues with blocked content that is accessed locally (on a user's harddrive).

Hi Shanna,
There are directions and links in this article on how to use Tempshare and Google drive to host your course content.
Hello Shanna!
If you are trying to view this content locally, you may encounter these security issues. See here for more information.
Yes, I was trying to publish locally.
Thank you.
Thanks for the update Shanna.
Please let us know if you continue to have the issue when viewing in a hosted web server.
