Pulling incorrrect quiz questions into a quiz bank

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone knows how to pull an inccorect quiz question into a question bank. I am developing a course where we are using multiple quizzes, "knowledge checks," - 3 of them actually - and we want to pull any incorrect answers from those quizzes into the final assessment question bank. I'm sure there are variables involved, but I am not sure where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
