I was trying to load screen text from external file like JSON using javaScript. It works fine but it shrink the text into defined text height in AS slide and it almost unreadable if we take large amount of text. So is there any way to set text field height and width from javaScript?

You mean that a large amount of text is diplayed with a smallet font size and so is unreadable ?
If so, you can try to set "Do not autofit" in the Text Box properties and then give the text box the maximum place you can. See the illustrated solution:
