Quality loss in html export

Hi all, 

It seems that there is a loss of quality in the html export. 

Some clients don't have an LMS and the scorm export is not always possible. Do you why do we face this quality image issue with .html ?

Sorry you're seeing that, I'm happy to help out here.

I want to make sure I understand exactly what's happening, and I have a few questions to start with:

  1. What publishing settings are you using when you're running into this?
  2. Where is the published output uploaded to when you're seeing this loss of quality?
  3. What browser are you seeing it in?
  4. Can you share screenshots of what you're describing so I can get a better idea of what's happening? You can add them right to a comment in this thread.
