Quality of pictures in Word

Hi,
I try to publish my record slides into a word document to create training materials.
Unfortunately the quality of the single pictures is more than bad. The problem is that you can't read the text. I already changed the screen resolution but it doesn't have an effect on the quality.
Did you have any solution for this problem?

We seem to have the same issue trying to record steps in Microsoft Dynamics CRM amd publish to Word. The grids are really terrible. The only solution I can think of (but wlll be time consuming) is to copy and paste screen shots from the slides into the Word document. I would love to hear if you have a better idea.
