Hi, I have moved from Articulate SL2 to SL360 and I am a little confused as to why the preview and published image quality looks like a lower resolution in 360. Is there a setting that offers a clearer render when previewing and publishing projects? Thanks.
Thanks for sharing an image of what you're seeing!
Yes, it looks like the image quality is pretty low. Did you create this slide in Storyline 2 and open it in Storyline 360? Or was this created in Storyline 360?
From there I'll get a better idea of where the issues are stemmed from.
Thanks for sharing those details. If your video is too big, It's best to re-encode to a lower resolution before importing. You can read more about best practices with images and videos here!

Hi, I created it in SL360. I created the actual video and images in Illustrator and After Effects and imported them into SL as a video. Your, D
What is the resolution of the video?
Hi, the video was created in After Effects, ratio 1920 x 1080px. The ratio of the SL project is 720 x 540px. Yours, D
The video is probably being resized to the slide size, have you tried increasing the slide size?
Is the course scaling as well on a big monitor?
Not sure that completely answers the blurriness though
