I used Storyline 360 to create an e module using video (mp4). I changed the compressed videos from the Output folder to the HD Vidoes, and uploaded the course in my LMS.
Now, learner are able to see HD video quality in Chrome, however, the same course when opened in IE 11 the video quality is blurry.
Has someone faced such issue before, and have a probable solution? Any support will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
I also saw some major blurriness in the course in IE11/HTML5, but I'm unable to recreate the issue in a new file. I'd like to have our Support Engineers take a closer look at this, so I'm going to open a case on your behalf and compile my testing notes there – keep an eye out for an email from our team!
