Question about License Agreement

Hi There,
We purchased a couple of different licenses, and I understand each license allows up to 2 machines used per license key. Are there any special instructions for deactivating a key on one machine and activating it onto another? For instance, my supervisor was recently issued a new work laptop, so she needs to uninstall Storyline on the old machine, and upload it onto her new machine, using our same license.
Is it a simple matter of uninstalling on one and installing on another, or are there specific steps needing to be followed to ensure we're keeping in line with our agreement and properly communicating our use of these licenses with your sales department? Thanks for your help!
