Question about police font and size + player

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am encountering a problem with Articulate Storyline 2 and I don't understand the reason. When I publish a module, the size and the font of the police change. 

Could you help me with that ? My client is asking to change that but I didn't find any solution so far. The thing is that I didn't make the module myself but I need to modify it.

I also find something very strange. I removed all the Storyline players. When I preview my project, I can't see any but when I do a web publication, some appears for the result/feedback slides. I would like to remove it but I don't know how to do it.

Could you help me with that 2 points? You can see attachment to help you to understand.

Hi, Marion – thanks for sharing visuals of what's happening! That's super helpful, in which I found some potential matching reports.

Just to be sure and to dig deeper, could you first help me with:

  • For issue 1, can you share which font name and size you are looking to use?
  • For issue 2, do you notice the navigation buttons appear in the Flash or HTML5 output, or both?
  • Can you let us know what version of Storyline 2 you're using?
  • This truly sounds like the perfect opportunity to do some digging into your file. Are you able to share your .story file here or privately through this link?
