Question About Triggers

Jul 23, 2018

Hi There,

I think this is a very simple issue but for some reason I can’t figure it out.  I have a slide that users must visit every item before it allows them to move forward (essentially there are 6 steps in the process and it will return to the main slide until they review all six steps).  I disabled the next button when the timeline starts and set a trigger to enable the next button after they visited all 6 items.  It appears to be working fine; however, when it returns back to the original slide after selecting the last item in the process the next button is still disabled.  How can I get it to become active and move forward to the summary page?  Any help / suggestions are very much appreciated.

Hi, it is easier for us to help if you can share the slide in question. You can sanitize the to remove any specific info if needed.

From your explanation I can't tell if the buttons go to a layer or to a different slide. If they are going to a different slide I would check the slide properties (cog in the bottom right hand side of the screen) and set the "When Revisiting" to "Resume saved state".
