Are you testing your course within mobile Safari or using the Articulate Mobile Player? We recommend the mobile player for the best experience, and as you'll see in this comparison chart there are some features that won't function correctly within mobile Safari or that aren't available within the app. I'm not sure about the situation you're describing, so if you'd like to share your .story file here with us and let us know which slides are causing you difficulty in the iPad output we'll be happy to test it. If you'd prefer to share it privately, you're welcome to send it here.
