I don't have an answer, but I was just about to ask a similar questions until I saw your post.  BTW...how to you select the number of questions (from a pool) that you want the course to ask (Ie only ask 8 out of 15)

It looks like I answered a similar question of yours last week - did you check into how the questions were appearing in the slide draw (being locked together, "always" included in the shuffle, etc.)?
