I have selected the "shuffle" feature for my questions and limited the amount of question to be offered.
When I access the multiple choice questions, the order in which the answers are placed has changes. This does not bode well when you have answers like 'all of the above" or "both a & c".
To me it looks like the "Shuffle answer" of your question is activated.
You will need to deactivate it for the questions where it is useless by going into the settings of your questions pressing the "Edit" button to the top of the trigger panel in your questions.

Thanks - do I have to do each question separately or can I do the whole question back at once?
Since the problem is at a question level, you have to change the settings one by one... not the best scenario, I know!
Hi - how come when in Normal view, I cannot see the Triggers and Layers window on the right side of my screen as in the tutorials?

Hi Frank,
By "Normal view" are you referring to Slide View, when you're actually working with content on your slides? If so, the panel may have been minimized.
If your Triggers panel or Slide Layers panel is missing or closed, here's how you can make it visible again:
