I don't know for certain what the capacity is for question banks, but I do know that it is more than 700. Back in Storyline 2, people were importing question lists of over 1000.
Here is where I gleaned that. You should be completely fine with the 700 that you'd like to import.
Hi again Jon. I'm working on uploading these questions, but it does seem like there's a big of a capacity problem. SL crashed when I upload anything more than ~250 questions.
Any clues to some settings I could try? Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with your project.
What version of Storyline are you using? Do you experience this in any file or just this project in particular?
I'm using v3.13.15006 (for SL 360) and as of now, I'm just experiencing this in the one project.

We have had a couple of updates to Storyline 360 since that version as you can see here.
Curious if updating to the latest version will resolve the issues you are seeing.
Would you be able to share the file that you are uploading?
