Question bank doesn't show as selected item in menu when answering questions from that bank

Hey Megan.  Thanks for updating your discussion.  I'm adding yours to our documentation for this issue, as well, so we can keep you updated.

For anyone else who comes upon this conversation, we're currently investigating an issue with question bank draws not showing as highlighted or visited in the player menu.  The only current workaround is to show all of the question slides in the menu.

Any info when it will be resolved?  Its almost 3 years and this issue seems unresolved in Storyline 360.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue as well. I've added you to the list of affected users, and we'll be sure to notify everyone subscribed to this thread as soon as a fix is released. For your reference, here's a closer look at how we handle bugs. 

The current workaround that we've identified is to enable the 'Show Slide Draw Contents' shown in the screenshot.

I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (v3.80.30988.0.).

In this update, we have implemented a fix for:

• In the player menu, question bank slides weren't highlighted when selected or visited.
