Question bank not moving on

Hello;
Lovely course, coming along nicely, but I can't show it to the people who need it yet because once one reaches the first set of questions, you end up stuck in a loop. There are 5 slides that draw from a question bank. It seems to work at first, you go through the 5 questions in a random order. But then the same questions reaappear.
With the menu bar on the side, you can see, by the fact that only the first frame of the 5 frames that should draw questions from the bank has been visited. But each of the questions has a trigger to go to the next slide on both correct and wrong answers - and I cant be more specific on which slide it should move on to because they should be randomised.
Am I missing something? Why doesnt it move on?

Is it at the end of a scene, question banks will not jump scenes only to next slide, you can add a slide at the end of the scene after the question bank and it will jump there
I put the test as a seperate scene. Though it isnt a real test as in the answers are not needed. Only solved the problem by returnung it back to using the questions as seperate slides. Thanks though
