I've recently added two Pick One questions to several question banks in my project. For each bank, I have unchecked the draw randomly box at the top and the include all option appears to be selected...yet when I publish the project those two questions never appear in the quiz. I've tried setting each question to "always" as well...doesn't work.
How can I get my questions to show up? Is there some other setting I've missed?

Verify the Results slide is set for each question.
You can also check the Results slide properties to ensure each question is checked in the pool.
