Question Bank Reset to Initial State?

Hi Folks,
I'm making a game-like learning module and it has a question bank that has 20 questions and the learner will be asked 10 at random. I want the learner to be able to re-play the question bank again and have another 10 random questions. However, even though I've set all of the questions to "Reset to Initial State", it picks the same questions as the first time they go through the question bank.
Is there a way to make the question bank reset so that it picks 10 new questions at random?

Hi Jesse!
In some cases, you may find that answer choices on individual question slides don't reshuffle when you retry a quiz. This is a known issue. See this article for more information.
Hi Leslie! I'm not actually asking about the answer choices on individual slides, but rather the reshuffle of slides within a question bank. Any ideas?
Hi Jesse
have you seen this tutorial - https://community.articulate.com/articles/drawing-slides-from-a-question-bank
Points 3 and 4 might help you confirm the settings you have
I apologize for misunderstanding Jesse. Are you utilizing the quiz in HTML5 format?
You may find that the same questions are shown when retaking a quiz if the following conditions are true:
This is a known issue. You can work around this behavior in either of the following ways:

Leslie, any updates on this issue as I came across this problem when viewing the HTML 5 version of my course!
Hi Bart!
Did you take a look at the link I shared above? This issue was corrected in Update 5. We are now on Update 10 :)
For anyone following along, Bart has reached out here as well.
Yeah i saw it! I'm on update 10! But still get the same slide everytime when hitting the HTML 5 version of my course somehow. For now I did the workaround you mentioned (restart course)
If you'd like our team to take a look, please feel free to share your .story file with our team here.
Just to be sure, what are the steps again to get it resetted? I'll try it one more time on my own and if it is not working i'll upload it!
Hi Bart!
Are you asking about getting the latest update? I'm not sure what you mean by 'resetted'?
The latest update can be found here.
No i mean what are the correct steps to follow to get the question bank resetted :)
One of the workarounds above was to:
Again, we are showing this as corrected, so please be sure to reach out to our support team if you are still experiencing the issue.
I know the workaround! I did that right now! but the problem is that it resets on the Flash player and not on the HTML 5 one
Well let me be correct:
I tried to reset the question bank but it only resets when the Flash course is opened. The HTML 5 one does not open.
Therefore i used the workaround because it is not working properly :)
Hi Bart,
If you're still having difficulty with the retry of the question bank in the HTML5 output only, can you confirm that you're viewing in one of the supported browsers here after republishing with Update 10 of Storyline 2? If you're not sure if you're using Update 10, you can check by going to the Help tab within Storyline and clicking "About Articulate Storyline":
Once you do that you'll see a new window appear with the update number in the corner:
If you're on update 10 and viewing it in one of those browser we'll want to have you reach out to our Support Engineers here so that we can take a look at your file and do some additional testing. Can you upload a file to that link I shared?
Hello Leslie and Ashley,
Here I have the output of both the HTML (flash) course and the HTML5 course. The only problem is you have to click through the whole course to get to the point of "nieuw scenario" where the trigger is attached to.
You will see that in the story.html it refreshes the story bank but in the story_html5 it keeps the same every time i choose "nieuw scenario" (new scenario in dutch).

Hello, Bart. I see what you're saying with your course. The good news is, I think my Dutch is getting better. :)
We are doing some testing on our end to determine what's going on; we'll keep you posted.
Thanks for keeping me updated!
Hi again, Bart! I was able to confirm that this behavior is a bug. I tested on my own file, and indeed, in the HTML5 output, the question bank is not refreshing with a new set of questions when you retry the quiz. What was corrected in Update 5 was a slightly different issue. Sorry for the confusion on that.
I'm going to add your experience to our QA report for this issue and make sure we're having a good look at it. Once we can, we will share any updates we have for this issue. Thanks for clarifying exactly what was going on!
Thanks for having a look at my file. Too bad there is no solution for it right now. I guess I'll stay to the workaround for a while!
You're welcome, Bart. Thanks for reaching out.
Any news on this?
Hello Ronel and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
No news yet, but this is at the top of our radar. We are working to better prioritize based on user impact and I did verify that this thread is attached so that we can update all of you here as well.
