I have a course deployed in Saba LMS which uses a Question Bank which is throwing up an occasional issue where approx 1% of users get a result reported to the LMS which is incorrect e.g. 8/10 questions correct reported as 87.5% and 5/10 questions reported as 66.66%.
I've checked in SL2 and all questions are set to score by question and all questions return 10 points for correct answer.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? We are on SL2, Saba LMS and IE9 - I can provide the source file if needed.

You may want to test this file in the SCORM Cloud, the industry standard for testing, to see if you get the same results.
