Question Bank showing next question intermittently

I have 3 question banks selecting at random 8 from the first bank, 4 from the 2nd bank and 3 from the third bank, before proceeding to result slide.

Everything works as it should but before proceeding to the result slide it intermittently shows a slide saying Question 16 of 15 before disappearing and moving to results slide.

Is there a fix for this?
