Question Banks displaying questions more than once

do you have the questions in a scene as well as in the QB?

Might be easier for someone to help you if you can upload your .story file.  Just use the 'add attachment' button at the bottom of the post.

I uploaded to Scormcloud and only saw 50 questions - are there specific ones that are being seen twice?

I saw the Loan Products appear after I answered the group of questions.

Good morning Leslie.  I did see the questions in the Loan Products bank twice.  Questions went in the following order...checking accounts, to Loan products, credit cards, Loans Loan products again.

I just went through the entire course and it looks like you have repeated questions. Slide 1.7 and Slide 1.10 have the same 3 questions (9.2,9.3,9.4). I think that may be what you are seeing.

Oh Leslie!  I cannot believe it...Not sure how or when I did it but, when I click on the 1.7 slide it displays the Loan Product questions?  I changed the slide to draw from the Debit Card question bank and all is good again!

Thank you so much for helping me with this and helping me identify what I did wrong.  I will be sure to never make this mistake again!
