Thanks for sharing an image so that we could better understand what you're seeing. It looks like you are on a layer in that image? I do know that we had an issue reported for Storyline 2 where the user could not get to the numeric entry field when viewing the HTML5 output via a mobile device. I have not seen a similar report for Storyline 360 yet.
Would you be able to share this slide as a .story file sample for us to take a look at? If you cannot share it here in the forums, you are welcome to share privately here.
Thanks so much for sharing your file with us. We tested it on multiple devices, and we found that we were unable to click inside the numeric entry field on iOS devices. It appeared to work correctly on Android devices.
I'm going to share this file with our Support team to see if they can nail down the cause of this. In the meantime, can you tell me the iOS version and mobile browser you used in your own testing? Thanks!
