Question for Rhina
Hi Rhina, This is Dale Hines. We met at your booth at the Learning Solutions conference in Orlando. You helped me for about 30 minutes, getting me up to speed on 360 and Rise. I really need your help. Two weeks ago, my subscription was active and working fine. When I returned to the office this week, I got an email saying my subscription expired. There are a lot of people working on it but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I had started a project in 360 and done a lot of work on it. Now I have lost a week and there's no resolution in sight. Are you able to help with this? I hope you are. If you can't, is there someone else I can contact?
