Question for Rhina

Hi Rhina,   This is Dale Hines.   We met at your booth at the Learning Solutions conference in Orlando.   You helped me for about 30 minutes, getting me up to speed on 360 and Rise.    I really need your help.    Two weeks ago, my subscription was active and working fine.   When I returned to the office this week, I got an email saying my subscription expired.    There are a lot of people working on it but  it doesn't seem to be going anywhere.   I had started a project in 360 and done a lot of work on it.   Now I have lost a week and there's no resolution in sight.   Are you able to help with this?    I hope you are.    If you can't, is there someone else I can contact?     Please answer at your earliest convenience.     I'd like to send my contact info but don't want to post it here.   is there another private way to send it to you?

Hi Dale!  If you aren't able to log in and you're receiving a message that your subscription expired, it sounds like your team at your organization did not renew their Articulate 360 subscription.  Reach out to your internal administrator, or you can check with our customer care team at biz@articulate.com.

Thanks Elizabeth. I think we're already working with them. I am hoping that Rhina can help us to escalate this. I do not have Rhina's contact information because she didn't have any cards with her at the moment
